A: While we can’t give you a precise time interval, since there are a lot of factors, including the size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is edit the name server resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform so long as we can get access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to migrate are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
